Lauren Boyle received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from James Madison University, with a major in social work and a minor in family issues. She then completed her graduate studies at Virginia Commonwealth University receiving a Master's degree in Social Work. Mrs. Boyle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who conducts individual and family therapy for adults, adolescents, and children over the age of 3. Mrs. Boyle uses a variety of techniques designed to meet the needs of each client.
Prior to entering private practice, Mrs. Boyle worked with children, adolescents, and families in outpatient and in-home settings, as well as interning at an inpatient psychiatric facility for children and adolescents. She also worked with children and families needing crisis intervention. Mrs. Boyle has a particular interest in working with children, adolescents, and adults who have had some experience with either sexual assault or domestic violence. Mrs. Boyle also enjoys working with children and families around behavior and parenting challenges.
Devery Landrum received his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan, specializing in children and adolescents. He was awarded a Child Welfare Fellowship and completed his practicum at the Family Assessment Clinic in Ann Arbor. His training was focused on forensic assessment of allegations of sexual abuse of children and clinical treatment of children and their families. Mr. Landrum is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Virginia with extensive experience working with children and adolescents. He conducts individual, family, couples and group therapy. Mr. Landrum implements an eclectic style of techniques designed to meet the needs of individual clients. Treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Behavioral Modification, Psychodynamic Models, Ecological and Life Systems Models, and family modalities such as Multigenerational/Intergenerational Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy.
Marcia Crutcher, MA LPC was awarded her master's degree in clinical psychology from the University of Tulsa. She is licensed as a professional counselor in Virginia and Oklahoma. She has extensive experience working with children and adolescents and their families at both an inpatient and outpatient level of care. She adapts her treatment to meet the client's needs using several treatment modalities, including art therapy, play therapy, sand tray therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, behavior modification and EMDR to assist her clients in obtaining their treatment goals. She has special interest and training working with the under-five age group, child trauma victims, children with developmental challenges and behavioral disturbance, and parenting issues. She also sees adults adjusting to life changes.
Rosemarie Raymond received her Post-Master's Nurse Practitioner certification from George Washington University in 1995. She graduated with a BS in Biology from Fordham University in 1966, a BS in Nursing from Elmhurst College, Illinois in 1979 and an MS in Child and Family Psychiatric Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1993.
Mrs. Raymond is board certified as a Clinical Specialist in Adult Mental Health, and as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. She is licensed to prescribe medications for clients thirteen years and older.
Prior to coming to Sterling Behavioral Health, Mrs. Raymond worked for twenty-four years at the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board/Northwest Center for Community Mental Health, and for six years on the Inpatient Unit and Emergency Room at INOVA Fairfax Hospital. She has 27 years of experience in individual, group and couples therapy and in substance abuse relapse prevention counseling. For the last eleven years her primary focus at Northwest Center has been on the medication management of mentally ill adults with a broad range of psychiatric illness. At Sterling Behavioral Health Services, Mrs. Raymond focuses on medication management of adults eighteen years and older.
Jan was awarded her master's degree in social work from The Catholic University in Washington, DC. She is licensed as a clinical social worker in Virginia. She has extensive experience working with adults dealing with a variety of difficulties, including depression, anxiety disorders (including posttraumatic stress disorder), effects of abuse and trauma, adjustment disorders, and bi-polar disorder as well as with couples experiencing marital difficulties. She has a special interest in disaster mental health and trauma-related issues and currently is a doctoral student at Fielding Graduate University.
Laurie is s a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and a National Certified Counselor. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona in 1985 and was commissioned as a Lieutenant in the US Army, serving for over 6 years on active duty and U.S. Army Reserve units. In 2002, Laurie received her Master of Arts in Counseling at Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri.
Prior to joining SBHS, Laurie provided individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents in residential treatment facilities in both Missouri and Virginia. Additionally, she provided intensive, in-home counseling to at-risk youth and their families in the Northern Virginia area. Laurie provides individual and family therapy services to adolescents, teens, and adults, and has special interests in women's issues, anxiety, depression, life losses and transitions, medical issues, and unresolved grief.

Wayne Villeneuve, Ed.D., is the CEO of Sterling Behavioral Health Services. Dr. Villeneuve received his B.S. degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, his M.S. degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the Medical College of Virginia, and a doctorate in counseling psychology from the College of William and Mary. He has over 24 years of postdoctoral mental health experience in the public and private sectors. His areas of clinical expertise include anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. Dr. Villeneuve sees adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients in his practice.
